Egon S Frank has never particularly considered himself as an author or a poet; rather he considers himself as an observer of life and events around him, and scribbles about them in stories and poems. Being an avid cook, he self-published a cookbook, A Handful of Egon, several years ago to preserve a number of his mother's German recipes, as well as his own game recipes This was followed by a sequel, Another Handful of Egon. Several of his poems have been published in a World Poetry Open Mic Anthology and also by Poetry Quarterly.
