Susan Konek –Susan Konek has worked in Pediatric Nutrition for the past 30 years, with clinical experiences in Nutrition Support, Cystic Fibrosis and Critical Care nutrition. She is a board-certified specialist in pediatric nutrition. Clinical Nutrition Management has also been a primary focus for much of this time, with The Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia as Clinical Manager and Director of Clinical Nutrition responsibilities prior to retirement from full time work in 2015. Support of clinical nutrition departments through consultation and project specific employment has extended Susan’s experience. She has been active in the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics as a leader at the state, dietetic practice group and Academy level, providing networking opportunities throughout the pediatric nutrition community.' Contributions to publications as an author, reviewer and editor have allowed Susan to develop a love for pediatric nutrition literature and experience to support this at a high level.
