Lachlan Munro is an independent historian, having received his PhD from the University of Glasgow, UK. He has published widely on Scottish political history, including his book R. B. Cunninghame Graham and Scotland: Party, Prose, and Political Aesthetic (2022). Gerard Cairns is an independent scholar based in Glasgow, UK. He has written two books: The Red and the Green: A Portrait of John Maclean (2017), and No Language! No Nation! The Life and Times of the Honourable Ruaraidh Erskine of Marr (2021).
