In view of the above, the objectives of this study were to quantify the cases recorded at the health unit through a survey of the selected population, all young people of both sexes, from 0 (zero) years old to 18 (eighteen) years old, notified by HUUFMA in the period of 1 (one) year, specifically in 2016, with the aim of describing the prevalence of sexual violence against children and adolescents, as well as identifying its incidence by age group, knowing the profile of the victims and aggressors.
