In this article, the author observes that the 09 peasant patrols or patrol bases (1st organic level consolidated since 1984), which belong to the San Lorenzo Sectorial (committee that represents, groups the 09 patrol bases), belonging to the district of Florida, province of Bongará, Amazonas region; have encountered mishaps with the local authorities regarding the development of their population centers. They continue to be harassed by the judiciary for their confrontation with organized crime, despite having low levels of education, economic levels in Q1 and Q2, desertion from the ronderil, etc. In the absence of research that explains the vital force that keeps this social organization in force, we seek to understand the social capital of the ronderil bases and the strengthening of participatory democracy in the San Lorenzo sector. It is concluded that the social capital of this sectorial group is assertive in the socio-political level of the district, since they sponsor betterscenarios of citizen participation, development and peace in their territories.
