LCSWorldwide offered multicultural leadership and staff development training to national non-profit organizations and government agencies in healthcare and education in nine states including Massachusetts, Connecticut, Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Texas and California State Libraries. A highlight of Baumann's career included being part of the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation Spanish Outreach Program trainers' cohort at WebJunction.com in 2007 and 2008.In 2014, she launched LatinasinBusiness.us, an initiative that advocates for the economic empowerment of Latinas and other minority women entrepreneurs and in Corporate America. It provides leadership, branding, marketing, advertising, and editorial services through a quality digital platform, digital marketing content, social media campaigns, and promotional and educational events. Named "Journalist of the Year" by the Statewide Hispanic Chamber of Commerce of New Jersey for her service and advocacy to Latino small businesses, she has been a speaker several times for regional and local chambers. She was also keynote at Jacksonville University Media and Communications Series; and Panel Speaker at the 2017 Prospanica National Conference in Philadelphia, PA; the LEAD Conference at Harvard University, and the P.O.W.E.R. Women's Summit in Newark, NJ. In 2019, Baumann was invited to become a SheSource Expert at Women's Media Center (WMC), an a progressive, nonpartisan, nonprofit organization founded by Jane Fonda, Robin Morgan and Gloria Steinem to raise the visibility, viability, and decision-making power of women and girls in media and, thereby, ensuring that their stories get told and their voices are heard.In 2020, she was selected by Encore.org and awarded an Encore Fellowship to work on a one-year project with United Way of Central Jersey in New Business Development and Branding Strategy. She lives in New Jersey and enjoys the NJ shore when she is not traveling or spending time in Argentina.
