Marshall Vian Summers is de Boodschapper van de Nieuwe Boodschap van God. Deze ontmoeting veranderde voorgoed de loop van zijn leven en wijdde hem in in een diepere relatie met de Raad der Engelen, waarbij hij zijn leven aan God moest overgeven.
