Autorenporträt
Dr. Gregory A. Thomas is a pastor, worship leader, economist, author, and former Executive Senior Pastor of Gateway Church in Southlake, Texas. Over the course of his ministry and public service, he has preached to thousands, led worship in megachurches and prison chapels alike, and served his community as a two-term City Councilman and the first African American Mayor of Heath, Texas. Dr. Thomas is a passionate advocate for redemption, reconciliation, and spiritual integrity. Even while incarcerated, he continues to lead worship, mentor others, and write life-changing material-proving that your purpose does not end because of your current position. From city hall to the cell block, his calling has remained constant. The Robert Morris That I Know is his most personal and courageous book to date-a bold testament to loyalty, legacy, and the scandalous grace of God that doesn't flinch in the face of failure. Dr. Thomas is the author of numerous works including The Mayor, Investing for Beginners, and The Applause Trap. He is also the CEO of multiple companies and founder of ministries and initiatives aimed at restoring dignity and opportunity to those the system often overlooks. His life is a living sermon: no matter where you are, God's not done with you yet.
