Dr. MD Zizaur Rahaman is a renowend scholar of western philosophy. He has completed his Doctorate degree from a Hemvati Nandan Bahuguna Garhwal University (A Central University) on The Concept of Substance. He has completed his Graduation and Post Graduation from Aligarh Muslim University.
