Viktor Nikolaevich Blokhin. Em 2009, formou-se com distinção no Departamento de História da Universidade Estatal de Mogilev, em homenagem a A.A. Kuleshov. Desde 2010, é mestre em Ciências Históricas e trabalha como professor sênior do Departamento de História e Pedagogia da BGSHA, em Gorki. As suas áreas de interesse incluem a história da Bielorrússia, a sociologia rural, os problemas da migração, etc.
