Mark J. Curran is Professor Emeritus from Arizona State University where he worked from 1968 to 2011. He has written fifty-two books, eight in academic circles before retirement, forty-four with author's publishing since retirement. The books run the gamut from travel, teaching and research in Spain and Portugal and Latin America in Mexico, Guatemala, Colombia and especially Brazil.
