That's why I approached this subject, given the importance of small businesses maintaining better communication with their customers. The research identified the influence of digital marketing in relation to the results obtained with publicity, involvement and visibility. Data from scientific articles and books was used for the bibliographical review and the field study, with daily monitoring and updating of the content of the fanpage of Fábrica de Vassouras Ecológicas, a small company in the city of Campos dos Goytacazes. The results were significant and considerable, with an increase of almost 50% in reach and good results in sales. In this book we'll look at ways of achieving positive results for your company using a specific method applied to Facebook, a free or low-cost digital marketing tool, if it's in the interest of the page administrator to invest in order to get a higher return.
