Justin P. Moore was born in 1974 and grew up in the United States and the Marshall Islands. Since 2001, he has lived and worked as an artist, graphic designer and translator in Cologne. He regularly cooks at vegan events and offers vegan cooking classes and dinners throughout Europe. When he's not travelling, he runs his extremely popular website, www.lotusartichoke.com.
