Nach seinem Studium in Algerien (Tlemcen und Oran) und Frankreich ist der Autor Forscher in Sozial- und Geisteswissenschaften. Er war korrespondierendes Mitglied des CNEH (Algier), der SGAO (Oran) und wissenschaftlicher Mitarbeiter von AMEDDIAS (Luxemburg). Seine Arbeiten befassen sich mit dem wissenschaftlichen Forschungsfeld SASHEC.
