Laura Gonzales is an Associate Professor of Digital Writing and Cultural Rhetorics at the University of Florida, USA. She is the current president of the Association of Teachers of Technical Writing (ATTW) and the author of Designing Multilingual Experiences in Technical Communication (2022). Angela M. Haas is Professor of Rhetoric, Composition, and Technical Communication at Illinois State University, USA, and serves as Past-Past President of the Association of Teachers of Technical Writing (ATTW). She is a co-editor of Key Theoretical Frameworks: Teaching Technical Communication in the Twenty-First Century (2018). Miriam F. Williams is Professor of English at Texas State University, USA. She is a co-editor of Communicating Race, Ethnicity, and Identity in Technical Communication (Routledge, 2014) and the author of From Black Codes to Recodification: Removing the Veil from Regulatory Writing (Routledge, 2010).
