"One cannot distinguish which is history and which is tale, as they overlap each other. But one thing is certain: there is a bit of tale in history, and a bit of history in the tale. The factuality of Orentiera our eyes perceive is a fraction of the incomprehensibility hidden beyond. One may fathom the constitution of our world in their mind's abstract contemplation and then draw the most logical implication of Orentiera's origin, heedless of the fact that the illogical is a friend of the world in which we live" Jynora, twenty years old and full of ambition, risked her life on a journey to the edge of the world in search of an ancient artifact left behind by a religious figure, Illdra'zir, whom half the world believed to be a god from the Dark Age. To protect her on the perilous journey, she hired two mercenaries, as the road was fraught with danger. Meanwhile, a Counselor of Feyth'Alarn, the richest free city, embarked on a journey to investigate a ghost organization after rumors spread that the Shadowmystic was abducting female Essencemancers in the countryside.
Autorenporträt
Satya Say is a university student from Cambodia with a deep affection for stories. Whether it's fairy tales, religious mythology, novels, or movies, he loves them all equally. When he was a child-before he could speak or understand English-he came across a movie called The Lord of the Rings. He watched it with admiration and fascination, even though he didn't understand a single word the characters said. From that moment on, he committed himself to learning English so he could understand fantastic stories from other countries. Years passed, and he decided to create his own stories. He always finds time between his university studies to write fantasy fiction, and now he has published his first book, The Shadow Itself.
