Sophia Ezomoghene is a first-generation Nigerian American writer, a cupcake fanatic, and a fried plantain aficionado. Born and raised in Florida, she attended Northeastern University, where she earned a BA in Political Science and International Affairs. Sophia holds a MA in Education from American University and taught pre-kindergarten and kindergarten for six years. She is currently an early childhood literacy specialist. When she's not writing, you can find her wandering the streets of Philadelphia, PA, admiring the city's murals.
