Jon Soske is assistant professor in the Department of History and Classical Studies, McGill University and a research associate at the Centre for Indian Studies in Africa, University of the Witwatersrand, Johannesburg. Shannon Walsh is a filmmaker and assistant professor in the Department of Theater and Film, University of British Columbia, Canada and a research associate at the University of Johannesburg's South African Research Chair in Social Change.
