Felicio de Freitas Netto, 20 ans, est né dans la ville de Maringá-PR. À l'âge de 17 ans, il a commencé ses études de médecine à l'Université d'État de Ponta Grossa (UEPG). En 2016-2017, il a travaillé comme moniteur dans le domaine de la thérapeutique médicale sous la supervision du Dr Fabiana Postiglione Mansani, effectuant diverses tâches à ce titre.
