For thirty-five years Jim Knoedel was a collegiate coach with stops at Iowa State, Drake, Loyola, Northwestern, and the University of Illinois at Chicago where he spent the last twenty-one years of his career. He is a graduate of the University of Iowa and currently reside with his wife Denise in Chicago.
