Julie Pryke is mum to three sons and nana to four grandkids who live in Germany and Canada. She started fine-tuning her storytelling skills sixteen years ago, when the eldest was born. Using her computer's camera, she soon developed a strong, positive bond with them all.

Julie has written several picture books for young children as well as two books to help others to get going with storytelling.
