M.J. Jones is an American Indie author. Originally from Cleveland, Ohio, she is the second oldest and only girl in a family of boys. M.J. has written many works such as poems and short stories but never dared to publish her work until a push from her child.

My dream has always been to write, then publish an esteemed novel. A novel filled with wonder and excitement. I want to be counted amongst the great fiction writers of our century. We need to open up our minds to new ideas and concepts. Great storytelling has a message and a lesson, coupled with dynamic characters and narratives. I desired to create literary content about real people, becoming heroes, then using their power to uplift others. I love science fiction and, am fascinated by the power of the mind and the depths of the psyche. I love developing stories based on alternate realities, because if you are going to write a story, base the world on how you see it, and then write about, what you perceive it to be. We should aspire to create a world better, than the one we found.
