Caught in the Web is a haunting fiction romance drama that exposes the dark entanglements of love, lies, and legacy. At its center is Jordan Grainger- a decorated military veteran whose charm masked a web of deception. Women from all walks of life fell under his spell, only to have their hearts shattered and trust betrayed. AS he left a trail of emotional wreckage, his greatest audience was not just the women he deceived-but his daughters. They watched, with heavy hearts, as their father became a grim blueprint of a story of passion turned poison, of women fighting to reclaim their worth, and of daughters learning the cost of love from the man who should have taught them better. Dr. Michelle V. Carter is an accomplished leader, author, and humanitarian whose passion for storytelling reflects the same depth and compassion that define her life's work. She is the Executive Director of Vince Carter's Embassy of Hope Foundation and Chief Executive Officer of Visions in Flight, Inc. In 2018, Dr. Carter broke new ground as the first woman elected Chair of the Board of Trustees of Bethune-Cookman University. She continued her trailblazing leadership in 2020 when she was named Chairwoman of the Halifax Health Foundation.
