What is established today is that the Marxist doctrine needs a major amendment in its basic principles before putting it into practice, and that - despite the many amendments before embarking on it - it still needs amendment after amendment during its implementation, and each of these many amendments continues to go some distance away. A distance on the path contrary to his path. After these amendments, nothing remained of Marxism other than types of social democracy that contradict Marxism in its essence. Because social democracy in all its forms is based on the solidarity of the nation in its entirety, and is not based on the isolation of the class that Marxists call "proletarianism" and do not associate with it any other class. As for the inevitable prophecies, they have all been lied to, and it has always appeared that the results of years after years go from one extreme to the other. Abbas Mahmoud Al-Akkad
