Jacob Bercovitch is Professor of International Relations at the University of Canterbury, New Zealand. Kwei-Bo Huang is Associate Professor, Department of Diplomacy, and Member and Executive Secretary, Lab of International Communication and Negotiation (LICAN), National Chengchi University, Taipei, Taiwan.
