When the author Sherifa's father called me and said that he wanted to meet me to show me his twelve-year-old daughter's book, I said to myself: What does he want to show me? It must be scraps of paper or pictures that his daughter has collected from here and there? But when he and his daughter visited me in the office, and I looked at the book in your hands, and turned some of its pages, I was amazed at the determination of this young author to challenge and conquer the disease that she is fighting. I noticed her tremendous determination and perseverance with her father to eradicate this disease, and her great keenness to convey this experience to be narrated to others; to be proof to them that will and strength of determination cannot be defeated by anyone in this life. Therefore, I vowed to myself, my colleagues, and the company to accept publishing this book without hesitation.
