He holds multiple postgraduate degrees, including an MBA (Master of Business Administration), MHRM (Master of Human Resource Management), and M.Phil., alongside prestigious global certifications such as WCP (Workplace Communication Practices Switzerland) and PDFL (Professional Development in Financial Leadership Malaysia). He also holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Educational Management (PGDEM) and has been awarded a Doctorate (Ph.D.) in Management.

Currently serving as the Director of MBA at Gobi Arts & Science College, Erode, Dr. Sairam brings with him over two decades of teaching, research, and industry experience.
