Upon being a permanent resident of the U.S., he met many local citizens, college classmates, and neighbors who often asked various questions about his German heritage and culture. He's also a Musical Culture Spokesperson, who teaches enthusiasts about music history. Florian is a native German from Bavaria and a permanent resident of the United States. He has put together a simple guide for those who are traveling to the Oktoberfest for the first time.
