What if daily time set aside for exercise becomes less about your heart rate, and more about God intentionally speaking to your heart?
Carol Rhodes has always enjoyed her daily exercise, walking many miles each week near her home in Matthews, North Carolina. At 81 years of age, she began hearing God speak His truths directly to her heart on those walks. She knew she needed to capture those truths in poetic form. Autorenporträt
I grew up in Charleston, West Virginia. I met my husband in May 1961, in Washington, D.C. We were married that August, and are celebrating 64 years of marriage. We have lived in California and Arizona. After our move to Matthews, we found a wonderful church, which we have been members of for 35 years. Since we love praising our Lord, I sing in the choir and my husband plays trumpet in the orchestra. I also enjoy gardening and antiquing.
