He has +14 years of experience working in software development, branding, advertising, and training & development. He is a founding partner in 3 technology companies, Cybercard Enterprise Solutions, OPEXA (Open Exchange Africa), and CQE.

He is a creative thinker with a keen eye for ideas that solve problems; strong business development professional with a Master of Business Administration - MBA, specialising in new product development and innovation from Steinbeis-Hochschule-Berlin.

Musekiwa is a prolific and eccentric author with amazing titles suitable for business strategy and daily living, which he has published under his consulting brand "Musisam". Since January 2010 to present he has authored 15 books.

Since 2003' he's also enjoyed the privilege to learn and develop his craft as a writer developing stories for film, television, theatre and radio. Notable among these is Cup of Glory (presently called Joga Bonito), a script that won the Zimbabwe Film Festival Co-production award 2005 and Sithengi and Cape Town World Film Festival African Co-production forum Bursary Award 2006.
