Deborah Smith BSc (Hons), MSc, MAPP, MBPsS is a qualified psychologist with an MSc in Positive Psychology and over 25 years of professional experience working with groups and individuals. Best known for her work with WeightWatchers worldwide - writing their Smile booklet (received by all members when they join), training WW leaders and writing a monthly Q&A page in WeightWatchers magazine, Deborah has taught mindfulness and meditation for over 25 years. She is a guest lecturer at Roehampton University and has a private practice in Bath.
