إسمي محمد كيال، أنهيت الماجستير في الهندسة الكيميائية في ألمانيا. بعد ذلك عملت لسنوات طويلة في قسم البحث والتطوير في مجال الأدوية ومجال الطاقة، فعملت ضمن طاقم من المختصين على تطوير أدوية طبيعية بديلة تساعد على تنشيط الذاكرة، وكذلك على تطوير أحد المركبات المهمة والأساسية التي تدخل في تركيبة حليب الأم والذي يدعى ( OPO )، .وفي مجال الطاقة على إنتاج البيوديزل كمصدر بديل للطاقة. من خلال مسيرتي المهنية في قسم البحث والتطوير حصلت على خبرة واسعة في هذا المجال، بدءا من خبرتي في العمل المخبري وأدواته وأجهزته، والتعرف على الكثير من . المواد الأولية وطرق الفصل بين المواد المختلفة، ثم تعيين الهدف ووضع خطة لكيفية سير العمل من أجل تحقيقه هذه الخبرة أردت أن أنقلها لدارسي العلوم التطبيقية، خاصة في المراحل الإعدادية والثانوية، لتتكون لديهم صورة تقريبية تربط بين العلم النظري والعلم التطبيقي، هكذا ليزيد الفهم والإبداع لديهم، راجياً أن أكون قد وفقت في هذا العمل.
