Päivi Leino-Sandberg is Professor of Transnational European Law at the University of Helsinki and Director of its Master's Programme in Global Governance Law (Finland). Ida Koivisto is Associate Professor of Public Law at the Faculty of Law, University of Helsinki (Finland).
