It is merely an effort at truthfully recording a narrative to present the subject matters that I care about with the relevant preventive means to be shared by other people as points of reference; it is hoped that those who have read this book would be able to use my case study as reference in their personal life journey, so that they wont feel being alone, hence, able to live their lives with added vitality and colors whilst reducing the incidents of unnecessary anxiety and anguish.
