Shibani Roy is an Assistant Professor of Management at a renowned University, blending academic rigour in strategic management and organisational behaviour with an artistic background in classical and folk performing arts. A finalist on India's Got Talent and crowned Mrs. India Queen (2023), Mrs. South Asia (2023) and Mrs. Universe 2024 under the title Social Cause. She has also represented Gujarat on national stages, choreographing and performing in over a hundred shows. Her scholarly pursuits include a PhD in Management Studies, where she continues to explore innovation and human resilience. Her journey toward this book began not in a classroom or on a stage, but in a quiet moment with Sadguru Omguru. Encountering the Omkar Chalisa, she experienced its power to dissolve inner noise, purify the self, and illuminate a higher purpose. Chanting those forty verses became both a discipline and a lifeline, inspiring her to translate that spiritual energy into writing.
