Alexander Horstmann is Associate Professor in Southeast Asian Studies at Tallinn University, Estonia. Martin Saxer is an anthropologist based at LMU Munich, Germany. Alessandro Rippa is a postdoctoral fellow at LMU Munich, Germany.
