This book, "Self-Help Guide to Anxiety and Stress: Finding Peace Through Mind, Body, and Faith", was born from that conviction. It is my humble attempt (bi'idhnillah - with Allah's permission) to bridge that gap - to offer actionable, easy-to-understand techniques for managing the mind and body, interwoven with the timeless wisdom and comfort found in the Quran, the Sunnah of Prophet Muhammad (PBUH), and the core principles of our faith like `Tawakkul` (reliance on Allah), `Sabr` (patience), and seeking His infinite `Rahmah` (Mercy).

About the Author

Mr. Abdulrazak A. Siad (Jiqley) is a Somali-born Canadian citizen with over 20 years of experience in institution-building and leading humanitarian initiatives. With an educational background in Psychology and a Master's in International Affairs from Ohio University, Mr. Siad's extensive experience navigating diverse human challengesinformed by both direct counseling work and an understanding of the mindprovides a practical, faith-grounded approach to finding peace and managing anxiety presented in this guide book "Self-Help Guide to Anxiety and Stress: Finding Peace Through Mind, Body, and Faith".

His work across Canada and Somalia has spanned government, private, and non-profit sectors. Crucially, this included over a decade as a Settlement Counselor in Canada, directly assisting individuals in managing the significant stress and anxiety associated with relocation and integration. He has also spearheaded programs supporting hundreds of farmers, managed operations for international aid organizations like Qatar Red Crescent and the Organization of Islamic Cooperation, and continues to volunteer with development projects.
