This book, "Self-Help Guide to Anxiety and Stress: Finding Peace Through Mind, Body, and Faith", was born from that conviction. It is my humble attempt (bi'idhnillah - with Allah's permission) to bridge that gap - to offer actionable, easy-to-understand techniques for managing the mind and body, interwoven with the timeless wisdom and comfort found in the Quran, the Sunnah of Prophet Muhammad (PBUH), and the core principles of our faith like `Tawakkul` (reliance on Allah), `Sabr` (patience), and seeking His infinite `Rahmah` (Mercy).
