Dr David Henry Kanyumi is a lecturer in social welfare and social work in a global context. He is publishing a book for the first time because he has always been troubled by the social problems in his home country and wants to contribute to finding a solution. He has a PhD in Social Work and Social Policy and is a teaching associate at the University of Strathclyde, Glasgow.
