They sing, scheme, and struggle to stop Benny from bouncing and rolling like a runaway pancake ball. Granny Maple steps in with her wisdom (and a giant pot of plain oatmeal) to calm the storm.

But the biggest test comes when Benny hiccups up one last pancake. Will he gobble it down, or prove that he's finally learned the meaning of balance?

In the end, Benny discovers that while pancakes are sweet, nothing is sweeter than friendship, sharing, and knowing when enough is enough.
