Gina and Karol Daly met 15 years ago when they worked together at O2. Theirs was a whirlwind romance: they were engaged within 2 weeks of their first date and married 6 months later. They live in Meath with their 3 children. Their first cookbook, The Daly Dish (2020), was a runaway success, debuting at no. 1 in the bestseller charts.
