Annie Scott Higgins is a pseudonym of a retired military officer who may have served as a Case Officer and later, an Assistant Station Chief in the US Intelligence Community. She holds advanced degrees in mathematics, languages and medicine and now very happily lives off the grid in South East Asia with her two ferocious Rhodesian Ridgeback dogs, Chaos and Mayhem.
