PLAISANCE RIVOLI M'BARA has a PhD in theology from the Akro-Christaller Institute of Theology, Mission and Culture, Akropong-Akuapem, Ghana. The former national overseer of the Fédération des Églises Chrétiennes pour l'Action Missionnaire (FECAM), Bangui, CAR, he is the current director of the Institut de Formtion Missionnaire et Polytechnique, a FECAM training ministry for church ministers and lay disciples. He also served as a stä member for the Faculté de Théologie Evangélique de Bangui (FATEB), Bangui, CAR, for over a decade.
