Kathryn Rankin Covington is a teacher, writer, and singer. A proud graduate of the University of Michigan School of Music, Theatre & Dance, Kathryn has been writing since childhood and currently directs Choir in metro-Detroit. She has lived in Michigan, Denver, and Georgia where she performed as a chorister with the world-renowned Atlanta Master Chorale and worked as the blog writer of same. Kathryn has been a featured speaker at several story-telling events throughout Michigan.Kathryn has the great privilege of spending the summers on Old Mission Peninsula in northern Michigan. The beauty of Up North inspires much of her work. Currently, Kathryn resides in metro-Detroit with her husband, two children, their crazy dog, and a rotating school of fish."The House of Stones" is Covington's second novel.
