Becoming a mastermind is simple. You learn, you practice, and you grow. But the journey is not always straightforward. Let me share my experience-a time when I was just 18, trying to find my way, and learning lessons that would shape my mindset forever.
I once worked for a government agency, or rather, was placed by Centrelink in a small agency. Their job was to find me work, but the reality was that I had to work just to get work. It was frustrating, but I did it. I ended up in community service-a job that wasn't great, but it taught me something valuable.
I was surrounded by people in their 20s and 30s, many of whom indulged in alcohol and unhealthy habits. At that age, I kept to myself. During lunch breaks, I would grab a book, research things on my phone, and stay away from distractions. One day, a guy approached me and asked, "Do you have a smoke?" I said, "No, I don't." He then asked, "Do you have a snake?" That moment stuck with me-just the absurdity of it.
