Matt L. Beadle is a British and German strengths mentor, management consultant and facilitator who specialises in leadership development and strengths orientated leadership for young and new managers. After completing bachelor’s and master’s degrees at Greenwich and Birmingham City universities, respectively, Matt became a serial entrepreneur, setting up and running several companies before the sale of the last one in 2016. Since 2000 he has worked as a freelance management trainer and facilitator for Fortune 500 companies and global players across the world.
