Colette Stallbaumer is Co-Founder of Microsoft WorkLab, and General Manager of Microsoft 365 Copilot. She leads the team behind the Microsoft Work Trend Index, driving research to help predict and shape a more fulfilling future of work for all. In her work with Copilot, she's focused on helping customers adapt and thrive as they become AI-first businesses. Previously, she served as a speechwriter for Microsoft CEO Satya Nadella. Colette is an internationally recognized speaker, known for her expertise on the future of work. She’s been featured in the BBC, Financial Times, Washington Post, and more. Colette graduated from the Uniersity of Nebraska-Lincoln with a Bachelor’s degree in journalism, and has been at Microsoft for over 20 years.
