Carlo Vaccari holds a PhD from the University of Camerino, Italy. He worked as a IT manager at Istat for 20 years, and in other public and private companies. He has more than 30 years of experience in the field of Data management, starting from Data Bases to Big Data. He is working as Coordinator or Consultant in many international projects.
