Dr. Robert C. Bennett PhD is the current Program Director of Inpatient Behavioral Health at Niagara Falls Memorial Medical Center and former Director of FHI Madonna House facility, a treatment center for woman/women with children. He has a PhD in Counselor Education & Supervision, is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC); and Internationally Certified Alcohol & Substance Abuse Counselor (CASAC). He has over 20 years of experience in the behavioral health treatment field.
