Abby Barnes, author and illustrator of The Perfect Dragon, was born in the year 2000. She describes herself having a wild mind full of ideas, and a sensitive heart. Growing up in Melbourne, Australia, her interests have rapidly changed from pro-wrestling, to zoology, to becoming an artist of some quirky kind. If she isn't spending time thrift shopping or drinking steaming hot coffees, you can find her cuddling her black and white bundles of joy. Her Boston Terriers, Pepper and Coco. The Perfect Dragon is her very first book.
