Barbara Barnett is a retired nurse who lives in Lenoir, North Carolina. She grew up in the little town of Old Fort, North Carolina at the foot of the Blue Ridge Mountains. She has been married for the past twenty-five years to her husband, Jack. She is the proud mother of three adult children and nine grandchildren. Her hobbies include writing, reading, drawing and music. Thank you for joining her in these memories of her childhood that have been altered to increase enjoyment.
